Quality Control / Quality Inspector Associate – Furniture Warehouse
Location: Dallas Area
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $19/hour
We are currently seeking a Quality Control / Quality Inspector Associate for a fast-paced furniture warehouse in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect furniture products, cushions, and incoming fabric for damages, defects, and quality issues
Measure and check incoming fabric against work orders and specifications
Ensure products meet company quality standards before shipping
Check cushions on frames to ensure proper fit and specifications based on purchase orders
Remove excess threads and inspect for stitching or fabric defects
Ensure cushions are properly stuffed and assembled
Wrap cushions and organize products on warehouse shelves
Prepare and type detailed purchase orders using information from work orders
Use Microsoft Outlook to communicate with other departments
Track orders, maintain product knowledge, and organize photos/documentation
Distribute COM materials to designated departments as needed
Assist with inventory checks and warehouse organization
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Microsoft Outlook experience preferred
Previous quality control, inspection, or warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and dependable
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
