Quality Technician (Manufacturing / Quality Assurance)

Location: Greensboro, NC

Now Hiring: Quality Technician – Greensboro, NC

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Greensboro, NC. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and production specifications across all stages of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality testing and analysis on:
    • Raw materials
    • In-process materials
    • Finished goods
    • Environmental samples
  • Monitor and verify testing procedures to ensure compliance with established standards
  • Interpret test results, compare to specifications, and identify variances
  • Recommend corrective actions based on data accuracy and product acceptability
  • Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated, validated, and properly maintained
  • Perform routine quality inspections during production, assembly, and packaging
  • Promote and follow safe equipment operation practices
  • Assist with training new team members on quality procedures and standards
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiency enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of Quality Technician or Quality Assurance experience
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and testing methods
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
  • Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
