Job Summary:
Perfect Pair ABA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia. We service clients in our clinic and home-based across the state! As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing evidence-based programming hierarchies, providing mentorship and guidance to our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with families to support successful programming outcomes.

Competitive Pay: $70 - $95 hourly
Job Duties:
Support our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) by offering mentorship, guidance, and supervision.
Design evidence-based programming hierarchies that respect and reflect client data.
Offer continuous support and guidance for families, helping them navigate the journey toward successful programming outcomes.
Collaborate with other service providers to enhance the experiences of those we serve.
Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity within the team.
Qualifications:
Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB.
Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required based on location.
Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification, obtained before the start date.
Ability to complete and pass a background check.
Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.
