We need strong nurse leaders like you to uphold our high standards!Major Responsibilities:Lead & Supervise Nursing Staff - Manage daily staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage and quality resident care.Staff Development & Training - Assist in ongoing education, ensuring all staff are equipped to provide exceptional care.Direct Resident Care - Provide hands-on nursing care, ensuring residents' medical needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans.Resident Assessments - Conduct and document comprehensive evaluations upon admission and throughout their stay.Treatment Planning & Compliance - Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans while ensuring adherence to resident rights and facility policies.Recruit & Retain Nursing Talent - Play a key role in the hiring and retention of skilled nursing professionals.Conflict Resolution & Advocacy - Address concerns from residents and families, ensuring grievances are handled professionally and effectively.Drive Continuous Improvement - Implement new ideas, enhance processes, and support a positive, results-driven management team.Minimum QualificationsCurrent, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (preferred in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting).
