Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees.Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. BCBA's become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role.
