Job Description
:The behavioral health consultant (BHC) will provide mental health services in 2 distinct settings: the Family Medicine Residency Clinic and St. Mary's Regional Hospital.Position Summary:
The IBH Clinician will provide team-based care at our family medicine residency clinic as a core member of the care team, providing brief, evidence-based interventions to patients across the lifespan. The role includes a split of time between outpatient primary care, inpatient behavioral health consults, and wraparound care coordination for high-utilizing patients through our multidisciplinary care model. In addition to direct patient care, the clinician will provide training and supervision of Masters of Social Work student interns and contributes to ongoing quality improvement (QI) initiatives and clinic workflows.
