We have an opening for a Retail Associate, where you will support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, and handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks. Additional duties include adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, coordinate with other departments when needed, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, as well as manage simple records and enter information accurately, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, learn company products and services to better assist others. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
