About the job Sr. Data Analyst- Informatics / Remote Data Solutions Strategy DesignEnforce common development methodologies for Data Migrations into core ERP applicationsEnforce the Management Operating System (MOS) for the Central Data Services organizationEstablish or enforce best practices needed for new data solutions implementations working closely with the functional COE, other data stakeholders and co-source partnersEstablish or enforce implementation and release management policiesEstablish or enforce data quality assessment processesImplementing Data Migrations Policies, Standards and TrainingAssume technical ownership of ERP Global Design Model data solutions, working closely with Functional teams and data leads to drive data migration delivery for ERP deployments, projects, and enhancementsSupport data rationalization process, implementation, and change managementDrive data quality standards as part of ERP deploymentsSME on technical environment/ tools for own area of expertiseProvide oversight and direct activities related to analysis, design, and implementation of technical data management solutionsCreation of solution design specifications and estimates for new project effortsComply with standards and guidelines related to the design, construction, testing and deployment activities as established by departmental and organizational standardsSupport development, testing and deployment project deliverablesResearch, evaluate, identify alternative approaches, recommend, design and code efficient and effective solutions for challenging problems ranging from small to large work efforts for low to high complexity problemsCollaborate with data conversion leads, developers in support of project planning, technical design, development, and solution deliveryIdentify process enhancement opportunities, system capabilities and delivery methodologies for continuous improvementWorks autonomously as a data analyst and lead a diverse range of tasks and is relied upon to coach othersProject ManagementPartner with data conversion leads in the overall data delivery plan working with the extended data services team members, deployment project managers, and co-source partnersAbility to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrentlyCollaborate with the EIM/Data Management organization to ensure data quality standards and measures are adheredActively participate in walkthrough, inspection, review, and user group meetings for data migration implementation, with a high focus on data qualityCommunicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflows and /or functionality within Information Technology softwareCreate or update metrics and status reports in support of projectsManage and run meetings with co-source colleagues, Data Leads, and other data stakeholders for various projectsKEY SUCCESS FACTORS US Citizenship required due to nature of this clientBachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology5+ years of full cycle deployments or projects providing data integration support5+ years of hands‑on experience with ETL Application - Informatica Power Center, Analyst and Data Quality tools5+ years hands‑on experience with Oracle Database development and optimization techniques using pl/SQL, DDL, and DML2+ years hands‑on experience using ftp tools such as WinSCP, FileZilla, Putty or other ftp toolsStrong active listening, analytical and problem‑solving skills developing solutionsData migration or integration experience as a technical data systems analystFunctional knowledge in SAP R/3 Table structuresKnowledge on Robotic Process Automation, or AI/ML capabilities in Data migration processesExperience working with MS Tools, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, or any visualization toolExcellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
