As a Dietary Aide at Avir at Corpus Christi, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and supporting the dietary needs of our patients. Our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate care, and we're looking for a like-minded individual to join our family.
About the Role:
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of patient meals, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and staff. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an essential part of our dietary team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and serving of patient meals, including food production, plating, and delivery
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen, dining areas, and patient rooms
Prepare and label patient trays according to dietary restrictions and preferences
Assist with menu planning and nutrition education for patients
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure efficient and effective meal delivery
Maintain accurate records and reports of food production, consumption, and waste
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
