Assistant Golf Professional

Overview

Bonita National Golf Club is seeking a full-time Assistant Golf Professional to support golf operations at the facility. The role is suited for a driven individual eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. As a key member of the golf operations team, this position helps manage golf and golf-related activities at the property.

Ideal candidates are positive, able to work in small or large groups, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience Required

• 2+ years experience in a private golf club setting
• PGA member preferred
• Completion of Level 1 required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Golf Genius
• Positive attitude with ability to work in small or large groups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in managing facility and staff
• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course
• Assist in coordinating individual, group, and tournament play as directed by the Head Golf Professional
• Produce daily reports related to rounds, sales, and other management needs
• Work closely with Player Assistants and Starter to monitor starting, pace of play, safety on the course, and golf course markings
• Provide member service to arriving members and guests to help expedite the check-in process
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional
