Our agency in Lenexa, Kansas opened in 2023, and we’ve built a welcoming, pet-friendly environment where both customers and team members feel at home. I’ve been with State Farm for over five years and graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Finance.
Outside the office, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with my wife, our two boys, and our two dogs. That sense of family carries into the workplace — we believe in creating a supportive, flexible environment where everyone can succeed both professionally and personally.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kelsey Ballard - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
