• Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is urgently seeking a reliable and skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor in the Birmingham, Alabama area.

• Whether you are based in Birmingham or surrounding areas, we welcome Appliance Technicians who are willing and able to travel to different job sites.
• Appliance Technicians with a valid General Contractor License will be given priority consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair household appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, washers, dryers, and more.
• Perform installations and routine maintenance as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve appliance issues efficiently, ensuring proper functionality.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Adhere to all safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Provide professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Supply your own tools and vehicle to cover service calls within the Birmingham area.
• Carry liability insurance (assistance provided if needed).

Qualifications and Requirements:
