Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Two to four years related experience and/or training
• Requires working proficiency in Snowflake, GitHub, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, or comparable tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Knowledge of databases and data processes
• Skills in reporting and documenting implementations and solutions
• Ability to work independently
• Understand business practices
• Analytical mindset
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management skills
• Report writing skills
• Ability to deliver effective presentations
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
• Proficiency with MS Office and email

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a related industry (homebuilding, mortgage and title) is a plus
• Ability to work well within a team
