Position Overview:
The primary role of the Admissions Nurse is to assist with the clinical portions of referrals, provide support with orders/intake of charting and all evaluations and assessments on incoming residents. Monitor patients, implement treatments, develop patient care plans for long term needs, administer medications, follow up with families and provide the highest quality of care to all patients while staying in compliance with current federal, state, guidelines, and company’s regulations.
