JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Learning Experience Architect to reimagine and innovate our learning and development programs. This role involves creating, managing, and implementing blended learning experiences that drive knowledge retention and behavior change, leveraging digital and AI-driven modalities. The ideal candidate will develop scalable learning frameworks, automate learning solutions for efficiency, and facilitate impactful learning experiences while collaborating cross-functionally to align learning solutions with business objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Design and implement engaging, scalable, and multi-modal learning experiences across the organization.
• Develop frameworks and models for scalable and automated learning solutions.
• Facilitate learning experiences and scale facilitation through leveraging internal expertise.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align learning solutions with strategic business priorities.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of learning programs and continuously iterate on their design.

Must have Skills

• Proven experience in creating engaging, scalable learning experiences.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to empower others to deliver learning at scale.
• Ability to leverage data and analytics for continuous improvement of learning programs.

Industry Experience:

Experience in Learning and Development, particularly within environments that heavily deploy technology and innovation for learning solutions, is preferred.
