  • Additional Info: Join a community health center providing high-quality bilingual primary care, behavioral health, and wellness services to Chicago's Southwest Side. DETAILS: - Practices evidence-based, cost-effective primary care in a team-based model - Makes appropriate diagnoses and prescribes appropriate prescriptions and referrals - Manage care by eliciting patient histories, performing physical examinations, providing accurate clinical diagnoses, prescribing evidence-based and cost-effective treatments, and providing patient education - 4 day clinic schedule with 1 day for admin time - Only requires 1 Saturday shift per month - Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) required - Work at a top Chicago facility known for its excellence in healthcare, offering a dynamic environment for impactful patient care
