Office Coordinator
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, the Office Coordinator provides support services and secretarial duties. Duties shall include, but not limited to, answering the phone, routing the calls properly, taking clear messages, screening and greeting visitors. Assists with accounts payable functions and assists vendors as needed. Provides excellent customer service on the phone and in person, and any other duties as assigned.
