• Join an established and successful community health clinic in the Palmdale/Lancaster, CA area offering a permanent, outpatient-focused Internal Medicine position. This vital primary care role provides comprehensive medical services for adult patients in a collaborative environment utilizing a fully integrated EPIC EMR system
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care medical services to adult patients across the spectrum of care.
• Meet, assess, and diagnose patients within the clinic setting, ensuring all healthcare services meet or exceed national standards of care.
• Manage a diverse mix of acute and chronic medical conditions common to an adult underserved patient population.
• Coordinate patient care and referrals seamlessly within an established regional community health framework.
• Maintain efficient and thorough clinical documentation using the native EPIC EMR platform.
• Full-time, standard weekday schedule (Monday through Friday).
• Outpatient only with no call requirements, ensuring an excellent work/life balance.
• No inpatient or hospital rounding responsibilities.

Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Internal Medicine.
• Active California medical license (or eligible to obtain state licensure).
• Ability to meet all medical staff credentialing and primary care onboarding standards.
• Open to both experienced physicians and newly trained residents/fellows.
