Job description
Now Hiring: Hotel Housekeeper/Room AttendantsCUSA, LLC, a proven leader in hotel management, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our team at the Holiday Inn Downtown Memphis. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences, valuing our associates as our greatest asset, and creating strong returns for our business partners and owners. As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, replenishing amenities, maintaining public areas, and responding promptly to guest requests. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, a positive and professional attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, with previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.Major Responsibilities:Remove used linens and towels from guest rooms and bathrooms in preparation for cleaning.Thoroughly vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of the room, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and shower areas; replace used amenities and properly dispose of empty or partially used products.Sweep and mop floors in both guest rooms and bathrooms to maintain high cleanliness standards.Make beds with fresh linens and stock bathrooms with clean towels and appropriate amenities.Clean and organize living areas, including dusting and vacuuming; inspect furniture and fixtures for cleanliness, pests, and cobwebs.Check lighting, appliances, and room equipment, promptly reporting maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate staff.Conduct a final inspection of the guest room and common areas, addressing any issues, removing trash, and ensuring the room meets brand and company standards.Full and part time
