Service Manager - Truck Shop

Description of the role:
The Service Manager role is a blend of leadership and day to day management to achieve company goals.
Leadership is required to demonstrate target performance levels from our shop for customer satisfaction, employee development and meeting financial targets.
Day to day management is required to plan, prioritize and deliver to customer commitments by fully utilizing all service personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians and support staff
- Ensure timely and quality completion of service repairs and maintenance
- Develop and implement service procedures to improve efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Requirements:
- Prior experience in truck or automotive service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of truck maintenance and repair procedures
- Excellent customer service abilities
