About the Job:
As a Sales Recruiter with HCT Staffing, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, placing, and managing healthcare professionals nationwide. You'll build your own network of top talent, earn uncapped commissions, and make a meaningful impact by connecting exceptional healthcare professionals with hospitals and healthcare organizations across the country.

Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:
· Make 100+ daily outbound calls to qualified candidates who match client hiring needs.

· Demonstrated personal and professional achievements that showcase initiative, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary of $48,000, along with an aggressive, uncapped commission plan that rewards performance. Targeted first-year earnings for top performers are $65,000–$85,000, with the potential to earn $110,000–$150,000+ annually by year three. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan available to all team members.

Work Location: This is an on-site position based in Tampa, Florida. Candidates must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
