Hire Up Staffing Services is Fresno’s top-rated staffing firm — and we're growing fast. We're currently seeking an experienced, high-energy Recruiter to join our flagship Fresno branch. This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who has spent the last 2–3+ years doing high-volume recruiting and interviewing, ideally within a staffing agency or the HR department of a company with large-scale hiring needs.
This is a very busy office with a fast-paced, team-oriented culture. We are the go-to staffing service in the Central Valley, known for delivering quality candidates quickly and efficiently. If you thrive under pressure, love the pace of staffing, and are passionate about helping people find the right jobs, we want to talk to you.
This position is 95% in-office, with occasional (5%) client visits around town alongside our account management team.
This Is an On-Site Position — Not Remote
We are firm believers in representing the workforce we serve. Nearly all the jobs we fill are in-person, so we believe in being present, collaborative, and team-driven at our own desks, every day. Our positive culture and team dynamic are best built face-to-face, and that’s how we maintain our reputation as the best in Fresno.
