🌟 Member Experience Specialist (Sales Associate) – Orangetheory Fitness Spring Hill 🌟
Pay: $13–$16/hr. base + commission
Schedule: Opening Shifts 4:30 am - 12:30 pm and Weekends 6:00 am - 12:00 pm

This isn’t a “cold-calling sales job” — it’s about creating a great first impression, guiding people through their first class, and helping them take the step toward a healthier lifestyle. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and being part of something bigger, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage every guest with energy and positivity
- Guide new members through their first Orangetheory experience
- Share membership options and help people choose what’s best for them
- Support trainers during classes and ensure the studio runs smoothly
- Represent OTF at community and outreach events
- Keep our studio clean, welcoming, and organized

Who We’re Looking For:
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills (in-person & phone)
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
- Sales, hospitality, or retail experience a plus (but not required)
- Passion for fitness is great — but what matters most is your energy and people skills
