Location : Remote - MUST BE LOCAL TO: West Palm Beach/ Palm Beach
Duration : 3 Months contract
Payrate : $23/hr on W2.
Note: Their own reliable transportation (75% in the field). Ability to lift 30lbs. Other: Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole ***PLEASE NOTE: these will now be going to primary care, home care does not start until Q4**Generally 8am-5pm. OT available, as needed

Scope & Purpose of the Position
The Retinal Screener is responsible for capturing retinal images of diabetic patients, educating patients about the screening process, and ensuring accurate transmission of results. This role requires extensive local travel (75%), strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with remote and on-site teams.
