Reliable Chevrolet Springfield is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Springfield, MO.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of our facility, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for both customers and staff.
This position requires working 10-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Pay will be determined by experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees • Inspect the interior and exterior of all buildings on the premises and report any discrepancies • Make minor repairs and record specific repair requests from management • Replace defective or worn items (for example, light bulbs) • Landscape and mowing • Snow/ice removal from parking lots and premises • Cleaning of the dealership premises, including collecting trash, cleaning windows/floors, and cleaning restrooms • Painting as needed • Comfortable working on your own • General understanding of regulations that affect building operations, such as OSHA, etc... • Other duties as assigned • Must have a cellphone • Must have a valid driver's license • Background checks and drug screen requiredCustodian/Maintenance Technician • Springfield, MO, US
