Software Developer L2

Senior Qualtrics Developer, Subject Matter Expert for a longer term contract onsite in the Southbay / Los Angeles area.

What you will be doing:

  • Application design, development, and production support for multiple large projects using Qualtrics technologies
  • Conduct development workstreams – design, testing and deployment
  • Working with junior members
  • Improve SDLC process through the development, testing, and support
  • Daily Scrum sessions
  • Identify enhancements through customer interaction
  • Define systems architecture
  • Research and resolve Qualtrics application issues
  • Evaluate the daily and monthly batch process
  • Perform Impact Analysis across multiple Qualtrics platforms and applications
  • On-call for production support (night and weekends)
  • Create timelines
  • Provide technical leadership
  • Writing documents
  • Maintain the security of the application software
  • Perform code review, mentor and coach Junior Developers
  • Subject Matter Expert for Qualtrics applications
  • Performs unit and integration testing
  • Codes, tests, and debugs new software or makes enhancements to existing software
  • Writes programs
  • Develop technical documentation
  • Resolves problems with existing production applications
  • Generates a variety of complex reports
  • Recommending design
  • Implementing, monitoring, testing, and auditing new software programs

What you will need:

  • MUST HAVE - Qualtrics Platform Developer I or II certification
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce - Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • 7-10+ years of experience with complex Qualtrics Application Development
  • 3-5+ years of experience in leading/managing a workstream on enterprise implementations
  • Experience leading Qualtrics developers
  • Experience designing and developing Qualtrics platform features such as custom objects, validation rules, workflows, assignment rules, formula fields, custom reporting, and modifying pages, views, and dashboards
  • Application development
  • Solve complex software problems
  • Developing customer-facing applications
  • Developing Qualtrics code using Qualtrics platform.
  • Unit testing
  • Agile and Waterfall
  • Qualtrics capabilities, governor limits

Preferred

  • Cloud Consultant Certifications - Sales, Service, Community, or Marketing
