ID: 61871608 Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Description: Job Title: (1) NICU RN - 12 HR Nights - Children's WI - Milwaukee Campus **Clinical Interview Services***Our Milwaukee and Fox Valley hospitals have both earned Magnet recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), which is awarded for demonstrating sustained superiority in nursing care*Contract Length: 13 weeksStart Date: 2/23/2026Guaranteed Hours per Week: 36 (no guarantee of blocked scheduling)Primary Location: Children s Wisconsin - Milwaukee Hospital - Milwaukee, WIShift Requirements: 12 HR nights; 7pm-7:30aFloat Requirements: Potential to float to critical care and peds unit. Will float in rotation with other staff. On Call/Call-Back: NoneWeekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and every other holidayRequired Certifications: AHA BLS, NRP and WI or Compact RN License required. AHA PALS preferred. Required Education: ADNMinimum Experience: Must have Level 4 NICU experience. Minimum of 2 years NICU experience & PEDS experience preferred. Experience with CPAP, Trach, High flow, etc. Charting/Equipment: EPIC REQUIRED***Flu vaccine required or willing to obtain, please include on profile**Unit info: Milwaukee NICU is a state-of-the-art, Level IV, 70-bed unit with all private rooms, and it's the only one in the state co-located with a birth center. They care for more than 750 infants with various health problems every year.Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates. Scrub Colors: Any professional scrubsJewelry (body piercing/body adornment): A single small stud is now permitted to be worn in the nose. No other visible body piercings (e.g. tongue, eyebrow, lips and gauges) are acceptable (except ear piercings). Flesh colored or clear piercing plugs may now be worn.Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where the unit is closed and orientation week.
