The human resources coordinator provides quality guest service to internal and external guests upon entering the administration building. Assist in completion of new hire paperwork, and ensure paperwork and disclosures are complete. Create and distribute the orientation list to training coordinator. Communicate benefits eligibility to team members. Creates reports to assist in the maintenance of team members signature cards in accordance with the System of Internal Controls. Create and maintain employee personnel folders in accurate and timely manner. Sort and distribute department mail and faxes. Complete employee verification requests. File personnel paperwork on a regular basis. Order office supplies.
