The ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service 2+ years of remote work experience Previous experience managing high call volume, high client and/or account volume Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism Your Role & Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist with all aspects of the client experience, ensuring they receive top-tier service throughout their matchmaking journey.

Your responsibilities include:
