Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Sales: Actively prospect and sell OTF memberships to potential clients.
- Customer Experience: Create a welcoming studio environment by ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle all communication and administrative tasks, including responding to client communications and ensuring the studio runs smoothly.
- Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing and outreach events, both in and outside of the studio.
- Social Media: Help ensure daily content for our social media channels.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with our coaches and other Sales Associates to deliver our best-in-class workouts.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales/customer experience (Deal Breaker).
- Skills: Strong prospecting and sales skills, excellent communication, and administrative abilities.
- Location: Must live within 5-7 miles of our location (Deal Breaker).
- Passion for Fitness: Enthusiastic and eager to share your love for health and fitness.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour.
- Sales commission and performance bonus.
- Free studio membership and discounts on retail products.
- Flexible schedule with required working hours: Thursdays 3 pm - 7 pm, Fridays 5 am - 1 pm, Saturdays 6:30 am - 1:30 pm.
