Proficient in the use of productivity tools necessary to capture requirements documents like JIRA or Confluence, SharePoint Good understanding and working knowledge CICD & Collaboration tools concepts that are leveraged at enterprise scale Good understanding and working knowledge of how CICD products integrates with Agile Management products and the intersect to help build an overall SDLC journey and exhibit business value with its implementation Deep understanding and implementation experience of Business Insights for measuring Developer productivity based on the tool analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation abilities Gathering Success Stories from our customer community and be able to leverage that to help increase marketability of our products Experience in Handling production Implementation and Incidents, with care for customers with change management Feedback loop of customer sentiments into the product backlog Prioritization of product backlog based on data and not sentiments or biggest voice in the room. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience with end-to-end product delivery Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
