MedCap Health is hiring multiple Physicians to lead talented healthcare specialists and nursing staff in the long-term care facilities If you love the thrill of hospital medicine but would prefer a position with more flexibility and growth potential, you could be who we're looking for!You'll join us on a contracted, full-time basis, earning $250,000 - $500,000 per year for the length of your contract. Reach out today!YOUR SCHEDULEOur Physicians work during the day, Monday through Friday with some weekends as needed. We can work together to build a consistent schedule that fits your needs and availability.YOUR DAYOur Physicians lead a talented team of specialists and nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional, hospital-level care. You'll work in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing your team in providing quality medical care and assisting with more complex cases. With flexible hours, you'll be able to help patients and make a tangible impact on your own terms!WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUBoard certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatricsLeadership experience would be preferredIf you're currently a hospitalist, you could be an excellent fit for our healthcare team!OUR STORYAs a physician-led and focused organization, MedCap Health is helping reshape the clinical landscape of post-acute care.
