Our client offers the following:

• Salary: $220,000 + Based on experience
• Productivity Bonus
• Health Insurance-Employer Pays 100% of premium

• CME (Continuing Medical Education)-$3,000 with 1 week off

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current Arizona Medical License or Willing to Obtain
• 2 years+ Family Practice Experience Preferred
• New Grads Possibly Considered

Responsibilities:

• Schedule open to Negotiation
• 18-22 Patients Per Day
• Call By Phone Only
• No Weekends
• Full Support Staff
