Requirement

Oregon Property and Casualty license

Strong comfort level with speaking to new people every day.

Genuine curiosity about helping others protect their families and assets.

Basic computer literacy for managing client records and digital communication.

Previous background in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role is a plus.
