Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree (or foreign equivalent)
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Unrestricted Washington State medical license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
