Data Entry Clerk

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join a fast-paced, high-volume operations team. This role supports the processing of vehicle titles for online auto sales, managing a large daily volume with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process approximately 4,000 vehicle titles daily
• Match titles with corresponding bills of sale
• Sort and organize documents alphabetically by dealer name
• Receive and input title information into internal systems
• Stamp, assign, and prepare titles for shipment
• Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with alphabetizing and document handling
• Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Strong typing skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback
• Team-oriented while also capable of working independently

Preferred (Not Required):

• Prior auto title or automotive industry experience
