OVERVIEW PROCESS is actively seeking a full-time Senior Process Engineer (Lead Process Design Chemical Engineer) in our new Houston, TX office. The role involves development of detailed process design documents for clients in a variety of industrial market segments. Design work may include development of detailed front-end engineering design (FEED) packages to support clients in their capital project management and execution as well as providing on-site support to local clients for small capital project execution. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new office with potential for leadership roles.LOCATIONThe position will be for a new office in Houston, TX area supporting clients along the Gulf Coast but may require occasional travel to other locations across the U.S. JOB REQUIREMENTSB.S. in Chemical Engineering from an accredited universityA minimum of 10 years' experience in process engineering and designWell versed in typical chemical process engineering deliverables (HMBs, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications etc.)Ability to effectively interact with external and internal clients to support scope projects, resolve issues, and successfully drive completion of projectsAbove average verbal and written communication skillsSimulation experience a plus but not requiredProject management experience a plus but not requiredIndustrial project marketing experience a plus but not requiredAdvanced degree and professional registration (TX P.E. license) a plus but not requiredPENSATION Based on qualifications and experience.
