The Medical Assistant/Case Manager is a key member of our child abuse assessment team, supporting clinic operations, coordinating Karly's Law responses, managing medical records, and communicating with community partners. The ideal candidate is HIPAA-compliant, organized, and able to interact compassionately with families while staying calm under pressure.Kids FIRST is an Accredited Children's Advocacy Center and has been serving Lane County since 1994.
