CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Responsibilities"
Provide exceptional customer service
Answer phones and help the customer through any questions or concerns they may have
Respond promptly to customer service calls and email inquiries
Provide customers with information about products and services
Process, Place and Approve orders
Maintain proper communication with Management for approvals
Review orders over and under budget to prevent unnecessary purchasing
Reach out to customers to obtain any missing orders to ensure they are processed before the deadline
Communicate with Vendors
Keep accurate records of customer and Vendor interactions
Run reporting as requested
Resolve customer problems and complaints
Any additional tasks that may be requested by manager
Skills & Qualifications
Strong work ethic with a drive to be proactive
Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
Effective organization and time management skills, including prioritization, multitasking, and planning
Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude
Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting, usage of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and email software application
Demonstrate strong teamwork.
