Main Functional Role:

• This role requires 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics and a deep understanding of web analytics and data interpretation.
• The Google Analytics Specialist will be responsible for implementing, managing, and analyzing web analytics solutions to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and improve the customer journey.

Key Interactions:

• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and development teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for web analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Google Analytics tracking across various digital platforms.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Create custom reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve website performance.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing strategies and product development.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and troubleshooting tracking issues.

Technical/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience with Google Analytics, including implementation, management, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager for managing tracking codes and tags.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong understanding of web analytics concepts, including segmentation, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling.
• Google Analytics certification is preferred Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Looker / Tableau Reports is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
