Job Title: Manufacturing Planner
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced individuals to develop and deploy robust manufacturing and tooling strategies to drive the advancement of production processes. Responsibilities:

• Lead teams to implement strategic business initiatives and enhance manufacturing and tooling processes.
• Analyze emerging technologies and concepts to improve production efficiency and simplify operations.
• Integrate major suppliers, materials, data, and technology to ensure manufacturing and delivery requirements are met.
• Research, develop, and present manufacturing concepts and business case recommendations to leadership.

Required:

• 9 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 or more years of experience within a manufacturing production environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• AA degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
