Job description

fwd@rEvolution is looking for a marketing and adminstrative assistant to be the Master of Making It Happen for our growing sales and marketing organization. Our ideal candidate has some tactical experience with office management/executive management, GSuite, and can learn new software tools quickly. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow as a member of our team, finds joy in making things sail along smoothly and advocate for our mission of supporting women and caregivers in marketing with the freedom and the power to pursue their own visions of success. Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail.
  • Composes and types routine correspondence.
  • Organizes and maintains digital and physical filing systems and other records.
  • Answers and screens general phone calls.
  • Maintains agency calendars and coordinates appointments
  • Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations as needed..
  • Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports for @revenue and clients.
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings and events, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
  • Process Improvement: Seeks ways to streamline processes and improve performance.
  • Onboard new employees and is responsible for all tech support (helping them troubleshoot).
  • Support, review, maintain and proof CRM system for clients and internal processes.
  • Supports Quickbooks, invoicing, payment process, and collections and helps with data entry.
  • Social Media & Marketing
    • Occasionally support marketing efforts with flyer design, social media content, and posts, and write newsletters or other minor marketing assets.
    • Support with Social Media content schedule to keep @revenue and our client's content queues full.
    • Respond to and direct Social Media and Website incoming messages.
    • Post blogs to our websites on monthly basis.
  • Participates in personal development and supports others in their journeys.
  • Assists CEO with light personal task support as needed.
  • Additional duties as needed.
