A Day in the Life
The Production Associate III/Tracks position is responsible for moving edible oil from railcars/trucks to storage tanks. Individual should have a working knowledge of production/rail equipment and safety requirements in a production/manufacturing/rail environment.
Position Details:
Shift: Monday – Friday, 3rd shift (11p-7:30a) with occasional overtime and alternate shifts as needed
Training: There is a training period prior to moving to regular shift which is primarily day shift

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Verify tank car or truck load numbers to ensure car placement accuracy
- Sample trucks and railcars for lab analysis
- Operate railroad tank car or truck unloading equipment, including pumps, hoses, and steam lines
- Monitor product movement to and from storage tanks, coordinating activities with other workers
- Coordinate rail switch with the railroad
- Record operating data such as products and quantities pumped, gauge readings, and operating times, manually or using computers
- Additional duties as requested or assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and understand English with good verbal communication
- Must be a team player, collaborative, and results oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work outside regardless of weather conditions
