Sales Advisor Bergstrom Mazda of Green Bay At Bergstrom Automotive, we are redefining the car buying experience by offering a transparent and straightforward sales process. Our unique approach eliminates traditional negotiations and provides our guests with a single point of contact throughout their entire purchasing process. We are seeking a guest-focused, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide guests through the entire car buying process, from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your primary responsibility is to provide expert advice, understand guest needs, and offer them the best solutions without the pressure of negotiation. Schedule: Monday-Saturday (5-day work week) * Monday–Thursday: Shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM + 2 early shifts / week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) + 2 late shifts / week (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) * Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Scheduled 3 Saturdays per month, with one weekday off during those weeks Pay: Earning potential exceeding $100,000/year!
