ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2003, and today we’re a strong, growing team of 11. Before opening the agency, I began my career in State Farm’s Claims Department, which gave me a deep understanding of the industry and a strong foundation for serving customers. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Utah and a dog lover — my two pups are an important part of my life and often part of the team culture, too.
Community involvement is at the heart of what we do. We’re passionate about giving back and staying connected to the people we serve, whether through local events, volunteer work, or partnerships with organizations that make a difference.
Our office is dog-friendly and casual, with regular team lunches and collaborative meetings that bring our two locations together. It’s a space where people feel supported, valued, and part of something bigger. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Derrick Spencer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
