Job Location: 375 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10014. Will work from Company Office (New York, NY) and various unanticipated client sites and Sapient offices nationally; Telecommuting available on a hybrid basis at company discretion.

Rate of Pay: $179,982 per year
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Develop, review and approve design documents and integration specification documents. Understand the functions of each component within the application, and interactions and dependencies among components. Communicate concepts to technical leads and managers on how to properly execute each function. Identify and address architecturally significant solutions. Discuss high level models and design to set goals and vision with the technical leads and program managers. Prepare architectural artifacts and presentations. Contribute to module structure using understanding of business and system context diagrams. Perform the performance tuning, redesigning and refactoring for a module. Find all technical bottleneck performance issues in production by load tests and address those in the releases. Evaluate the need for frameworks and determine whether to use existing or new frameworks. Identify the relevant stakeholders to validate the architecture and architectural choices through discussions and reviews. Lead calls and discussions with teams in different geographies and work with third party teams and internal teams.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Position also requires one year of experience in each of the following:
