Assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming, meals, and mobility when needed
Monitor resident behaviors and report changes in mood, behavior, or condition to nursing staff
Provide emotional support and therapeutic interaction to residents experiencing mental health challenges
Assist with maintaining a calm, structured, and safe environment for all residents
Support nursing staff with observation rounds and documentation
Help de-escalate situations using trained behavioral support techniques
Ensure resident dignity, safety, and respect at all times
Must possess a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio
Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, or memory care is a plus but not required
Strong communication, patience, and observation skills
