The Opportunity: Scale the Dallas Market

Dallas is one of the most sophisticated healthcare hubs in the country. At Stern At-Home Therapy, we are looking for a high-caliber Business Development professional to spearhead our expansion across the DFW Metroplex.

We don't want a "sales rep"—we want a Market Founder. We provide a technology-forward, 5-star clinical platform (PT, OT, and Speech) that honors your professional reputation, while you provide the strategic bridge to the systems and patients that need us most.

The Vision: Dominate the DFW Corridor

This is a foundational hire. You will have the autonomy to navigate the Dallas medical landscape—from the Medical District to the northern suburbs—and the support of a clinical team that delivers the elite outcomes Dallas physicians expect. As the first lead in this market, you are perfectly positioned for regional leadership roles as we scale throughout North Texas.

The Profile: What You Bring:
  • The Dallas "Key": You have current, "first-name" relationships with discharge planners, case managers, or hospitalists within the DFW metro area.
  • Healthcare Sales Mastery: 2+ years of success in high-volume referral environments (Home Health, Hospice, DME, or related clinical services).
  • Strategic Mindset: You don’t just visit accounts; you build systems that generate consistent, high-quality referrals.
  • Local Residency: You are a Dallas-area resident who understands the specific geography and professional "vibe" of North Texas medical hubs.
