As a Maintenance Technician at our Garland Service Center, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the equipment and infrastructure that powers our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues in collaboration with the operations team
Performing preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety
Supporting general building maintenance, including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep
Identifying and solving recurring equipment problems alongside the maintenance team
Ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety standards
Demonstrating a strong understanding of and strict adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program
We’re looking for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You should have:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of maintenance experience, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including LOTO
Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles (hydraulics, pneumatics, controls)
Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
We hire Maintenance Technicians across all shifts at the Garland Service Center:
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
