The Role As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems across San Diego County.
This role is ideal for a tech who is solid on HVAC fundamentals, strong in airflow and system performance troubleshooting, and who believes in giving customers a complete, confidence-building service experience—not a quick patch.
What You’ll Do Perform thorough diagnostics on residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Identify root causes (not just symptoms) and explain findings clearly to homeowners.
